Police have sealed off a street as they conduct an investigation into the incident.

A man has been shot in a major UK city, with police arresting three people and launching an urgent appeal. West Midlands Police say three people have been arrested after reports of a gun being fired during a disorder at Luna Springs, a popular nightlife spot in Birmingham.
Luna Springs is a large open-air bar and event space located at Digbeth Arena. Officers were called to the venue shortly before 11.20pm on Sunday (August 23) following reports of a disturbance where a gun had been fired, on the corner of Hack Street and Bromley Street. Bromley Street, which leads into Hack Street, is closed with police cordons in place.

A 23-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds to his leg and remains under arrest in hospital on suspicion of violent disorder. Police say he will be questioned in due course.
A man aged 30 has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of a knife, while a man aged 20 has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
Officers believe the incident started inside Luna Springs and then spilled out onto the street, where the shooting took place.
Police remain at the scene today as they gather evidence, review CCTV footage and speak to witnesses.
Det Insp Stacey Follows, from the West Midlands Police Major Crime Unit, said: “We’re in the very early stages of the investigation, but have made good progress already. It’s believed the disorder started inside the venue and then spilled out into the street, where the shooting happened.
“There were a lot of people present at the venue last night, and I need anyone who saw what happened or who has recorded or been sent any mobile phone footage to get in touch as soon as possible so that we can identify and arrest everyone involved as soon as possible.
