Piers Morgan just issued most humiliating blow to Harry and Meghan

The YouTube star is celebrating his victory on X.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle set to move back to UK

Piers Morgan is marking a major milestone. Posting on X on Tuesday, the presenter revealed that the latest episode of The Royals Uncensored, which is part of his digital media business, has set a new record.

Sharing a link to last week’s instalment, which covered Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to the UK, Piers tweeted, “This latest episode of The Royals Uncensored is the most-viewed in the show’s history. Thanks for watching, and congrats to the team!”

Hosted by Jo Elvin, the episode featured several panelists. “In studio, we have co-host and royal butler Grant Harold, of course, plus some extra special guests today: NBC royal commentator Daisy McCandrew, entertainment and royal reporter at news.com.au, Brontë Coy, and royal journalist and author Robert Jobson,” Elvin said in the introduction.

As the group reacted to Meghan and Harry’s scheduled return, royal commentator Kinsey Schofield weighed in on why the couple failed to make it in America, before the panel recalled the couple’s most divisive comments after “Megxit” The programme also revealed the results of a poll asking viewers whether they wanted the Sussexes back in the UK.

“On our socials, we asked, ‘Do you want Harry and Megan back in the UK?’ Look at that figure. 88% said no,” Elvin declared, before suggesting that their return wouldn’t go down well with Prince William.

A victory for Piers, given his close association with The Royals Uncensored, the YouTube sensation has also been recognised as one of the couple’s most vocal critics. After it was announced last week that Meghan and Harry would be leaving California and returning to the UK, the ex-Britain’s Got Talent judge quipped: “I may have to emigrate to the U.S.”

Following up with another scathing tweet, Piers added, “The one nailed-down certainty about the return of the Sussex circus clowns to Britain is that there will be endless drama, damaging leaks by them to the media about the Royal Family, and simultaneous hypocritical whining about ‘privacy invasion’ by the same media.”

Piers, who claimed that he was once a close friend of Meghan, began blasting her on TV and social media after she allegedly “ghosted” him in 2018. “We had two hours in the pub, she had a couple of dirty martinis and pints – we got on brilliantly,” the TV host recalled on the Late Late Show.

“Then I put her in a cab, and it turns out it was the cab that took her to a party where she met Prince Harry. The next night, they had a solo dinner, and that was the last I ever heard from Meghan Markle. I never heard from her again – Meghan Markle ghosted me.”

Following Meghan’s alleged “ghosting” Piers has continued to fire back at both the duchess and her husband in damning interviews. A TV moment that made headlines: Piers famously stormed off Good Morning Britain in 2021 when his co-star, Alex Beresford, called him out for his constant efforts to “trash” Meghan on the breakfast programme.

“I understand that you don’t like Meghan Markle. You’ve made it so clear a number of times on this programme,” Alex interjected. “I understand you’ve got a personal relationship with Meghan Markle or had one, and she cut you off… she’s entitled to cut you off if she wants to. Has she said anything about you since she cut you off? I don’t think she has, but yet you continue to trash her.”

Shortly after the segment, ITV announced that Piers had decided to leave GMB for good.
