Rupert Lowe has said he could work with Nigel Farage if five conditions were met. The leader of Restore Britain, who left Reform UK in March 2025 posted on X this morning: “The Greater Manchester result showed what Restore Britain can deliver.
“The next step is how we maximise the chances of delivering the change Britain needs – it means putting personal differences aside. That is why today I am making a public offer to Nigel Farage and Reform UK.”
Mr Lowe added in a video that Restore and Reform agree on “many issues” and disagree on others, but he is “hopeful that a common way forward can be found and forged”.
The first thing that must be agreed upon in order for the two parties to work together, he said, is “restoring our borders”.
Mr Lowe said: “Ending mass immigratiion is not enough. The hour is just too late for that. It must be reversed.”
He added: “Every illegal migrant must be deported.”
Secondly, the parties must agree to restore Britain’s “demographic security”, suggesting that white Britons will become a minority later this century.
Mr Lowe said: “Restore Britain has committed to reversing the Islamification of Britain, and that will not change.”
The Reform leader also said an agreement must be reached on the banning of halal and kosher slaughter, cousin marriage, the burka, “mass dominating public Islamic prayer” and “sharia courts”.
In addition, the recommendations from his party’s inquiry into “rape gangs” must be implemented, Mr Lowe said.
Thirdly, he said that the two men must agree to a referendum on restoring the death penalty.
Fourthly, “restoring a self-sufficient Britain” by cutting welfare costs in order to make sure the country can defend, feed and power itself while bringing inflation “under control”.
Finally, the two parties must “restoring the country’s faith in politics”, said Mr Lowe.
Former Conservative ministers must not be part of any future Cabinet, he demanded.
“They had their chance and they failed us all,” Mr Lowe said. “That must not be rewarded with a second opportunity.”
